Ready Set Go!

The beginning of the year always presents a "should-be" motivated attitude. In 2012 I lost a total of 32 pounds but when I moved back to my hometown halfway through the year my weight loss came to an abrupt stop and I have not gained or lost weight since. I am realizing that motivation does not come from a the first month of the year or where you are living, motivation comes from being ready for change. I am ready to continue my journey towards a healthier me. Sticking to my healthier diet and regular work out schedule will be key I will keep you posted on what those include! Here it goes, I'm jumping in with both feet again!
