Healthy Smoothie
Today'd Delicious, Get fit, Lunch Smoothie! I usually include:
- One Banana
- Two table spoons of soy yogurt
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of frozen fruit
- Two teaspoons of flax seeds
Yummy and so good for you two!
