Small Victories Equal Huge Success

Today I paid careful attention to my eating habits and cravings. I noticed that I am not typically hungry in the morning and early afternoon but around mid afternoon I get really hungry and crave sweets. I went out to an early dinner with a friend at a Mexican place that we both like. I really wanted to drink a soda with a greasy, cheesy enchilada, but instead I opted for a glass of water and half of a veggie burrito, which is really filling and yummy! I have been saying "can't" for the past few months, making excuses for my poor diet and guilty cravings. It is important to just do what you what to do (in my case eat right); no one was forcing me to eat junk food, I was choosing to. The point is that every small choice that you make to do the right thing will result in your goal life style. So celebrate the small things :)
